Our purpose is to empower those we support to lead more independent lives and play an active and meaningful role in their communities through the provision of high quality, flexible and sustainable services.

Our services include: Care services, Learning, training and education, Employment skills and opportunities.


We support more than 12,800 people with disabilities to live lives of their choosing. We support children, adults, and older persons with disabilities and their families, and people who need support to lead meaningful and more independent lives.

Our Mission

Enable people to pursue opportunities in their lives, to be more independent, participate in and contribute to society living the life of their choosing.

One in seven of us live with a disability in Ireland. Rehab provides services to more than 12,800 people every year. We work with children, adults, and older persons with disabilities and their families, and people who need support to live more meaningful lives of their choosing. Rehab’s team help to deliver our services in over 170 locations throughout Ireland, Scotland and Poland.

Rehab is a major employer, with 2,900 dedicated and committed employees, including a number who are employed in our social enterprises.

We are a rights-based and inclusion focused organisation that advocates on behalf of the people who use our services and their families.
