The Meadows Children's Respite Service provides respite and outreach services to children with intellectual disability, autism and physical and sensory disabilities between the ages of six and 18 years in County Meath. The centre also runs a weekend club for young people between 14 and 18 years and 18-21 who are more independent and require social support. This runs on a Saturday from the resource centre in Navan.

Our resource centres provide people with access to a range of supports and activities on a one-to-one basis and in group settings. Activities vary from centre to centre and depending on the interests of the people who attend each service some examples are: art and crafts, drama, horticulture, leisure activities, cookery, independent living skills, sports, dancing, group excursions and many more.

Located in Meath, RehabCare Day services include the Navan Resource centre and Hubs in Ashbourne, Ratoath, Kells and Navan. Taking a person-centred approach to providing goal based programmes based on the needs and wishes of service users. In line with New Directions the centre aims to support the empowerment of service users to become active members of their local communities.

Rehab Care Dunboyne Day Resource Centre provides a range of services to people with physical and sensory disabilities in the south of County Meath. Located within walking distance of the town of Dunboyne and based in the Primary Care Centre at Rooske Rd. Dunboyne. Community Integration, community based programmes, complimentary programmes, person centred planning are the core focus of the Dunboyne resource centre.
