RehabCare's community-based resource centres assist people with disabilities to achieve their full potential and a better quality of life.The Resource centre provides a service to individuals who may need medium to low support on a daily basis. Many of the service users are supported in areas such as work/employment, independent living, social skills and relationships, education, training and many more. Each person will have the opportunity to access a ‘one of a kind’ service that they have created for themselves
