Greenacres Lodge is a residential service which operates 365-days per year. The service meets the care and support needs of each adult as identified through their support plans. The service will promote and advocate for independence in all areas and strive to support the adult in this process. Greenacres has ramped access and has its own transport. All residents have access to GPs, pharmacies, chiropody, behaviour support and any other professional which may be required. A sensory room is in place within the service which offers a calm and relaxing environment for residents. We endeavour to provide and support residents with activities both in-house and in the community. Within the service each resident will be involved in their own day-to-day planning of their personal routines, preferred activities and meals, etc.
