Supported accommodation is available for adults with a disability and it allows individuals to remain independent while enhancing their living skills, fostering personal development and spending time with their peers.
RehabCare uses a person-centred approach, working with residents and their families to plan services and supports. Individually-tailored support focuses on the person life including socialising, health management, recreation and leisure activities. Our service assists people with a disability to play a more active role in their local community. Residents have jobs, participate in their local communities, and are members of local clubs. Dundalk Supported Accommodation has access with public transport access to Dundalk. It is a low support service that is staffed from 4pm to 9am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Residents are required to have a good level of independence.
