CLUAIN MUILLEAN

Cluain Muillean Supported Accommodation provides a homely person-centred environment, supporting both service users and families, in a home-from-home environment for a number of adults. All service users are encouraged and supported in living as independently as possible. To support service users in areas where they need assistance we have fully qualified and trained staff who facilitate the service users. All service users are referred by the HSE through the North Tipperary Assessment of Needs Committee.

To ensure consistent levels of support and care, the service will facilitate the service users in various aspects of their daily living as laid out in their support plans. These include but are not limited to: medication administration, social activities, community inclusion, spiritual supports, and referral to HSE clinical supports as required e.g. psychology, liaison nurse, psychiatrist, social worker.
