“This Award recognised the professionalism and agility of our home support teams, who go above and beyond to provide care and support to people in their own homes. Some of the people we support have complex needs, and our staff are dedicated to making sure that each individual has the assistance with personal care and daily activities that will enable them to have the maximum amount of independence possible at home.”
“Our home support teams are on hand 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from assisting clients out of bed, supporting to address many challenges and complex needs, to helping them enhance their independence, all throughout the day”, said Gráinne.
“I am truly honoured to work alongside our staff who make a significant impact on the lives of the people we support, and their families. The Awards are an excellent opportunity to pay tribute to the frontline staff who work so hard, right across the country.”
