Supported by JP Morgan, and run by National Learning Network, Phibsboro, this is a new and exciting course offering personalised support to people in Dublin who are finding it difficult to get and keep a job. The training project helps the long-term unemployed, refugees, and people with disabilities to get work has seen some participants land jobs with major employers.

Participants spend 60pc of their time in work placements developing the skills and experience they needed to get and keep a job and get to explore working in

Participants on the course spend up to the three days a week getting real-life work experience in the chosen area of their choice.

Others marginalised and finding it difficult to get and keep a job

The course provides career planning, work experience, community participation, Workplace safety and one practical module in a participants chosen area of interest (e.g. Woodwork, ECDL, etc.)
