This course is designed as a stepping-stone to getting a job for students who may need more work experience or are considering a career change. Students are supported in personal development, confidence building, social skills, independent living skills, and job-seeking skills. Work placement is a vital part of the course, and students are given a range of work placements and encouraged to explore further education options.
NLN delivers a number of different courses which lead to a QQI Level 4 Major Award in Pathways to Employment at our centres.
