The Employer Based Training (EBT) Programme is designed to help you gain real-world experience and valuable workplace skills through a supported work placement in an area that interests you. It’s ideal for students who learn best by doing and benefit from hands-on, practical training.

This programme combines:

• 60% on-the-job learning – You’ll work with a local business or organisation in a role that suits your goals.
• 40% in-college training – You’ll build your skills in areas like communication, teamwork, and workplace safety.

With the help of your Instructor, you’ll be matched with a supportive employer who understands your needs and will help you grow. You’ll also receive one-to-one support during both your placement and college-based learning.
