Business Studies Course

The overall aim of the programme is to support students to get the necessary skills and knowledge to work in a business setting or to progress to further and or higher education and training.

This training programme provides a wide range of skills in computer applications that are frequently required for employment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sage) and also online and digital skills (cloud computing, web authoring, social media and digital marketing). Student CVs are enhanced by on-going supported work placements throughout the duration of the course. Students can also complete ECDL & Advanced ECDL as options, if desired. On completion of the course, students can secure employment in a wide range of IT and business areas or progress to third level education
