Our courses are tailored to each student’s needs, to help them to build their confidence while getting practical job-seeking skills to help them get a job or go on to further training.

Advance

This course is designed to provide students with the opportunity for personal, social and life skills development, which will lead to greater independence and enhanced participation in their own communities. Having completed this programme students will have acquired the necessary skills, knowledge & attitude required to make realistic vocational choices.

Certification: Employability Skills (3M0935) (3M0936).

Business and Information Technology

This training programme provides a wide range of skills in computer applications that are frequently required for employment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sage) and also online and digital skills (cloud computing, web authoring, social media and digital marketing). Student CVs are enhanced by on-going supported work placements throughout the duration of the course. Students can also complete ICDL & Advanced ICDL as options, if desired. On completion of the course, students can secure employment in a wide range of IT and business areas or progress to third level education.

Certification: QQI Level 5 Business Studies (5M2102).

Choices

The aim of the programme is to empower participants to make positive changes in their lives and to experience health and social gains. The programme also aims to support participants in progressing to community integration, further education/training or employment.

Certification: QQI Level 3 General Learning (3M0874).

Jobstart

This flexible course will provide students with the opportunities to develop essential knowledge and competencies both in the centre and the work environment. This will enable them to progress to further training, education or directly to employment.

Certification: QQI Level 4 Pathways to Employment (4M2010).

Transition

Enables students to sample a range of vocational options and to develop the skills, knowledge, confidence and resources to access employment, further training/education or options in the wider community.

Certification: QQI Level 3 Employability Skills (3M0935).
