Noel Carroll
Noel Carroll is a senior technology and governance leader with executive experience across professional services, legal, logistics and consulting sectors bringing deep expertise in operational and strategic IT, risk management, digital transformation and organisational leadership.
Noel served for ten years as Chief Information Officer of McCann FitzGerald, one of Ireland’s leading law firms, where he was responsible for all technology services, sat on the Executive Committee and Digital Services Oversight Board and led major digital transformation programmes. Prior to that, he was IT Director at PwC Ireland, where he managed a large-scale technology function and was selected to represent more than 130 territories on the Global IT Strategy Council.
Noel holds two master’s degrees, an MSc in Business Practice from University College Cork and an MSc in Management of Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin. He also holds postgraduate qualifications in Data Business and Cloud Strategy, together with a Diploma in Corporate Governance and a Certificate in AI Governance.
A member of the Corporate Governance Institute and a fellow of the Irish Computer Society, Noel is passionate about using innovation, sound governance and practical leadership to help organisations strengthen their impact and deliver lasting value to the communities they serve.
