Eoin Lennon

Director of Finance

Eoin is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in senior finance roles across the commercial, public, not-for-profit, and international development sectors. He has worked in highly regulated, public-facing environments, and has a strong focus on financial stewardship, strategy, and technology.

Most recently, Eoin was Director of Finance and Operations at Fine Gael, where he led the finance, HR, ICT, and logistics functions, and played a key role in advancing the organisation’s digital transformation and fundraising programmes. Before that, he spent several years with the international NGO GOAL, holding senior leadership roles in South Sudan, Malawi, Syria, and Turkey, where he managed finance and operations across multiple humanitarian programmes in complex and challenging environments.

Eoin trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, working in audit, assurance, and advisory services. He holds a BBS from Trinity College Dublin, an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law from King’s Inns, and qualifications in project management. He has served on the boards of PACE and PACE Housing Association (as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee), and several other social impact organisations.
