Eimear Reilly

Eimear has an HR career which spans over 20 years, working across all aspects of HR, delivering both operationally and strategically in complex commercial and public service organisations. Until recently, Eimear served as Deputy Director of Human Resources at Trinity College with the core responsibility of leading a large team in running the operational aspects of HR. This includes Talent Acquisition, HR Support Centre, Employee Services, Pensions and Benefits, HRIS and Payroll.

Before this, Eimear was part of the HR leadership team at the Central Bank of Ireland, leading a team of professionals in delivering HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition and Organisational Design. She commenced her HR career in AIB, gaining vast experience leading HR Business Partners teams, managing recruitment and working in organisational development roles. She was also part of many significant change programmes following the financial crisis, including the HR changes in Retail Banking and management of the redundancy programme in Ireland. She holds an MBS in HRM from UCD, Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business and an MBA from Dublin City University.
