Ailis Quinlan

Ailis is a Public Health doctor and has had a long and varied career in senior health service management, during which she oversaw service development in the community and in residential care. As Head of the Clinical Indemnity Scheme, at the State Claims Agency, she pioneered the national implementation of Open Disclosure throughout the public health system.

She has post-graduate qualifications in management, mediation, quality improvement, risk management, and health economics.
