Employability and Social Enterprises works with several host employers to integrate people with disabilities into their workforce and to support employers’ diversity and inclusion goals.
This employability programme, Transitional Workforce Solution, not only benefits the employee and the host employer, it also involves ongoing support from Rehab Social Enterprises. The team from Enterprises meets with the employee and the host employer regularly over the course of the programme. This additional support allays any concerns which host employers may have about employing a person with a disability.
