Paths to Employment with NLN – More Than a Job
National Learning Network Hosted Free Webinar on 3 June 2026 – Paths to Employment with NLN – Supporting Individuals with Disabilities into Education and Work.
Work has the power to change a life, not just through a payslip, but through purpose, confidence, connection, and opportunity.
Launched in December 2025 by National Learning Network’s parent group, Rehab Group, the #MoreThanAJob campaign aims to transform how Ireland supports people with disabilities into meaningful work. The goal is simple: to make work possible for people who have the ability and desire to contribute, but who rarely get the chance.
This webinar showcased real stories and offered practical insights from our expert speakers who champion workplace inclusion and who give advice on how NLN can support people into meaningful jobs with purpose. The session took place on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 and you can play back the recording below. The webinar will be useful whether you’re a parent, an educator, a health professional, an employer or a student looking ahead to the future.

Speakers included Adrian Stewart, Head of Employability with Rehab Group, who has over 30 years’ experience in the disability sector and works closely with employers to improve access to meaningful careers for people with disabilities.
