Laura Keane

Chief Executive Officer

Laura brings more than 35 years of experience in health and social care across Ireland and the UK, working across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

Over the past decade, Laura has served as CEO of Resilience Healthcare, a leading disability services provider. Prior to this she spent more than 20 years working for Rehab’s health and social care division, RehabCare.

Laura holds a Diploma in Occupational Therapy, an MSc in Health Services Management from Trinity College Dublin, and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. She is deeply committed to person-centred services and best-practice approaches for people with disabilities, guided by the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD).
