Gillian McMahon

Gillian McMahon is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with over 25 years commercially focussed HR and leadership experience in both the public and private sectors. Gillian’s most recent position was Head of HR for BT Ireland and holds the position of Non-Executive Director of the National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities. Gillian’s experience and interests include strategic HR business partnering, employee engagement, culture development, diversity, equity and inclusion with a personal interest in the inclusion of people with disabilities.
