Rehabcare provides a bespoke 24 hours acquired brain injury residential service within an individuals own family home. This enables the individual to remain in familiar surroundings, supported by family, friends and the wider community while receiving rehab from specialist social care workers.

The Galway Acquired Brain Injury Service is a neuro outreach service providing individuals with MS or those who suffered a traumatic or acquired brain injury and/or other neurological conditions. Individuals are guided through our various rehab programmes, some of which are ABI management and awareness, personal and behavioural development with life skills management, individually goal focused plans, delivered by ABI specialised community support workers out in the community. The Rehabcare Outreach Service is overseen by a Neuropsychologist and a Neuro Occupational Therapist.

This is an outreach day service for school leavers who have been diagnosed ASD or sensory and physical disabilities. The service provides one-to-one community support and group workshops. The service supports individual's on a one-to-one basis with personal living skills and community/social supports. Workshops cater to a wide range of needs including; nutrition and health, budgeting skills and cyber bullying.

This an individual service-user service which is community based. The service supports the individual with community and social skills and personal living skills. Personal living skills include (but not limited to) budgeting skills, support with grocery shopping management and in-house supports.

Rise service is a community service which provides supports for individuals with an Intellectual Disability, Autism and/or a physical or sensory disability to be more connected, active and included in their community.

Individuals needing additional support following the Compass programme are directed to our Community Outreach Support service in Galway.
