Our care starts with the candidate
Rehab is a not for profit organisation which provides essential services for children and adults with disabilities and their families. We also support hundreds of older people to remain in their own homes living independently through our Home Support Workers. Our mission, the very reason we exist, is to make sure the people who need our services get all the support they need, when they need it, and where they need it, to achieve what they want in life. Some of the people we work with have an intellectual disability, are older and in need of support to remain independent, some have a mental health issue, others might need education or training to find a job, or may be recovering from an accident, or have a lifetime disability.
At Rehab, our job is to be with the people we serve, supporting them on every step of their journey so they can be truly part of their communities, living independently with dignity and respect. We also work to break down barriers that prevent people becoming full members of their communities.
