Prior to admission all potential residents visit Chaseley in order to establish that they wish to become a resident, and in order to attend an assessment meeting to ensure that there is a mutual suitability.
Our residents are funded by a number of purchasing authorities, which include Social Services Departments, Health Authorities, and the War Pensions Agency. Additionally there are a small number of private residents.
Chaseley enters into a formal contract with each purchaser and each resident is additionally invited to sign a resident's contract. For its part, Chaseley has a Residents' Charter.
The cost of the specialist care provided by Chaseley is not inconsiderable but the nature of the charity ensures that fees are held at a minimum. Fees are dependent upon the nature and level of care required by a resident.
